Energy And Power

I was heading off
to bed when I
heard noise outside
as I turned on the
outside light I
could see the trees
blowing fiercely
I opened the sliding
door and went out
the wind was warm
with a chill ever so
often
The pungent smell of
earthy rain, as i walked
out past the trees I felt
a few rain drops
In the distance lightning
striking the earth
I stood there in awe
at the power around me
energy you could feel
see and hear
