Friends

There are freinds and then there are "friends". People come and go in our lives, some fleeting friendships, some everlasting friends. People that make an impact on our lives as true friends can never be replaced, each "kind" of friend is unique. I had a friend that has passed on way to early for her time. Every now and then she comes to mind. It makes me laugh at the "way we were", but sadness comes from missing her. Today was one of those days she came to mind, and i came across this poem and decided to write it down as a "letter", thinking this should make me feel better.
