Some things are
enhanced when
you close your
eyes, a prayer,
a kiss, a dream,
shutting the world
out, keeping focused,
staring with your
eyes closed. Letting
your feelings flow
with thought, not
sight.

Starry, Starry Night
Starry, starry night.
Paint your palette blue and grey,
Look out on a summer's day,
With eyes that know the darkness in my soul.
Shadows on the hills,
Sketch the trees and the daffodils,
Catch the breeze and the winter chills,
In colors on the snowy linen land.
Now I understand what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they did not know how.
Perhaps they'll listen now.
Starry, starry night.
Flaming flowers that brightly blaze,
Swirling clouds in violet haze,
Reflect in Vincent's eyes of china blue.
Colors changing hue, morning field of amber grain,
Weathered faces lined in pain,
Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand.
Now I understand what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they did not know how.
Perhaps they'll listen now.
For they could not love you,
But still your love was true.
And when no hope was left in sight
On that starry, starry night,
You took your life, as lovers often do.
But I could have told you, Vincent,
This world was never meant for one
As beautiful as you.
Starry, starry night.
Portraits hung in empty halls,
Frameless head on nameless walls,
With eyes that watch the world and can't forget.
Like the strangers that you've met,
The ragged men in the ragged clothes,
The silver thorn of bloody rose,
Lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow.
Now I think I know what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they're not listening still.
Perhaps they never will...
Love this
song, the
words are
perfect
Emotion
I can't explain emotion
or art to you, you have
to find what touches your
heart when you encounter
it. I can't help you do that,
that is something you must
do on your own
or art to you, you have
to find what touches your
heart when you encounter
it. I can't help you do that,
that is something you must
do on your own

Just another day
Birds, ladybugs and butterflies
all this beauty before my eyes
natures art continues to display
for all to see during the day
the starlit nights puts on a show
crickets sing there tunes while
the moon is aglow
dawn and dusk we see each day
the sun comes over the hill
and goes down ever still
all this beauty before my eyes
natures art continues to display
for all to see during the day
the starlit nights puts on a show
crickets sing there tunes while
the moon is aglow
dawn and dusk we see each day
the sun comes over the hill

Bliss
Pleasure is momentary
bliss is timeless
pleasure comes and goes
bliss never goes, it is in the
core of your being.
Pleasure can be snatched
away, bliss cannot.
Bliss is something you
discover in your innermost
nature. You have to look
inwards not take it for granted
You cannot find it on the outside
it is not there
bliss is timeless
pleasure comes and goes
bliss never goes, it is in the
core of your being.
Pleasure can be snatched
away, bliss cannot.
Bliss is something you
discover in your innermost
nature. You have to look
inwards not take it for granted
You cannot find it on the outside
it is not there

Falling Star
As i look into the night
sky, i see a falling star, as
i prefer to call it. The amazing
streak of light falling into the
earths atmosphere. The short
lived trail of light will burn
up soon as i watch it disappear,
wishing for another

Radio Astronomy
Just roaming around and i
came upon the Winward
College Radio Observatory
in Hawaii. The "radio noise
storms" can be heard on there
complex system.
Radio Astronomy is facinating!
Jupiter and it's volcanic moon
sounds like ocean waves breaking
up on a beach, some like popcorn
popping or a handful of pebbles
thrown onto a tin roof.
The sun during a solar flare sounds
like a rapid hissing noise.
I heard the sound of planetary music
they call Keplers "music".
