In The Moment

Here and now

is to be in the moment

no where else

If you are in the past

or future you can not

be in the moment

you are awake

The mirror

I stare in the lake

my reflection

like a mirror

silent unmoving

at ease, unaware.

my thoughts are

peaceful, mind

at rest, just breathing

until the moon shares

my reflection in

the lake
